Tablet Inspection Station (RIB-1) is designed to facilitates manual inspection of tablet, Tablets from the Stainless Steel Hopper drop on a magnetic vibrator, which eliminates dust and chips from the tablets. The manual tablet inspection station has two-foot switches and two inspection lamps for two operators. The foot switches enables the operators to stop the conveyor belt when necessary. This machine is specially designed for 100% visual inspection of tablets from both sides and 1,00,000 tablets per hour can be inspected on this GMP Model by employing 2 operators thereby reducing inspection cost considerably.New microprocessor Electronic control panel gives new look and easy Operation. The intensity of the vibration of the vibrator can be varied to ensure smooth falling of tablets on the belt, similarly speed of the belt can also be adjusted so that inspection rate can be increased-decreased depending on the percentage of rejection. Complete body, Hopper, Top cover etc are made of stainless steel. Two foot switches are provided for the operators. The machine is suitable for 230 Volts Single Phase. A.C. 50 Hz & as per GMP Standard. Ideal for visual inspection of medicinal tablets, Ink Tablets, rubber caps, & Confectionary sweets etc
